Costco has some fantastic knives as part of a special stand, so do not know how long they will be there.
I bought the small paring knife last weekend, then went back for two more and a boning knife. The chef at the stand tells me these are the preferred knives of Russian cooks, I suspect he meant Mafia.
These are beautiful weighted knives at a even more beautiful price point, $30 for the paring and $40 for the boning. They are very sharp and wonderful to use, cannot recommend them highly enough. They even come with their own handy, dandy carry case.
